i planned meatballs for supper last night

But had no eggs!
Oh, no! I thought. How can I make meatballs without eggs?
Here's how:
1 lb. ground turkey breast
1 (and maybe an extra 1/2) cup Italian bread crumbs
1/3 cup creamy Italian dressing
2 cups shredded Parmesan/Romano cheese
Mix together. Roll into meatballs. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until done.
And they were perfect! I must say, lots of shredded cheese and a little Italian dressing is DELICIOUS in meatballs.
And I'm having the leftovers for lunch.
