i discovered a new appetizer

Husband and I had a similar dish using fried goat cheese at a tapas restaurant a few months ago. Over New Year's, I saw a recipe in a book using brie and combined the two to make a really good dish.
To Make:
Take a beautiful round of Brie or Camembert cheese,
Cut slits in the top and drizzle with olive oil,

and top with minced fresh garlic
(Use minced, not chopped like I did here. It doesn't roast fast enough.)

sprinkle with fresh rosemary,

place in a baking dish and heat at 400 for 10-15 minutes,

remove, place on a pretty plate, scrape majority of chopped ingredients from the top,
and drizzle with honey

and garnish with toasted almond slivers.

Serve with garlic-flavored table crackers and red grapes.
